  Absolutely terrible! I signed up an hour ago. Small change room, 1 bike and, most importantly no lockers. Just a shelf. Which I had my gym bag gone through and $120.00 dollars taken from my wallet within 45 minutes of being there.

  DO NOT join this gym. I belonged to this gym over a year ago and then I quit. A year later I get a call from the office saying I owe them for a year of payments. The person I dealt with was working there at the time so I don't know if he was pocketing money or not, but I told him I was quitting and he neglected to tell me that I had to give a month written notice. This person is no longer working there. Now they are sending my file to collections.

  Too small for the amount of members. There are a few inconsiderate members who take multiple benches/machines, sit on equipment they're not using to socialize.

  DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!! I just received a notice from a collection agency for an apparent outstanding balance. I thought I had paid the entire amount (6 months) at the time of signing, I will be confirming this but NEVER did I once receive a phone call or letter stating that I had an outstanding balance!! NOPE, just a letter from a collections agency!!!! This is a terrible way to run a business and I will definitely be complaining to a Snap Fitness head office about how this gym handling it business.
